§ 11.03  TOWN SEAL.
   The seal of the Town of Prosperity in described as  follows:  within the first of outer circle is engraved Town Council, Town of Prosperity, South Carolina.  In the inner or center circle is engraves the design justice.  The seal shall be and is hereby established to be the Common Seal of the Town of Prosperity.
