(A) (1) The boundaries and corporate limits of the town are adopted as they are set out and designated on a plat made by Jacob M. Bedenbaugh, surveyor dated October 11, 1963 and as subsequently amended, the last amendment being dated February 24, 1968.
(2) A copy of the map showing the current boundaries and corporate limits is included herein.

(B) Any subsequent amendments affecting the town’s boundaries and corporate limits shall be made a permanent part of this code with copies available at the Town Clerk/Treasurer’s office.
