(A) Residential. The following rates apply to customers of the town's water system. These rates shall remain in effect until changed by the Town Council.
(1) Residential. $20.93 for 0 to 1,000 gallons, plus $2.94 for each additional 1,000 gallons.
(2) Commercial. $25.14 for 0 to 1,000 gallons, plus $2.94 for each additional 1,000 gallons.
(3) Miller/Pineridge. $439.80 for 0 to 25,000 gallons, plus $2.94 for each additional 1,000 gallons.
(4) Second water meter for water that does not go through sewer. $3.31 per month availability, plus $2.94 per 1,000 gallons.
(5) Water rates outside town. 1-1/2 times the rates listed.
(B) Institutions. The town may, at its discretion, provide special water service rates to schools and other public agencies.
