(A) Water and sewer lines will be run a maximum of 50 feet along the right of way or to the private property line, whichever is the shortest.
(B) Water and sewer lines installed by developers must meet the town’s specification prior to being accepted by the town. Any developer which installs water and sewer lines to be deeded to the town may be reimbursed up to $1 per foot of line, if Council finds it to be in the best interest of the town. Reimbursement will be paid at the time the lines are conveyed to the town (if inside existing town limits), or at the time the lines are conveyed and the property is annexed into the town limits. For reimbursement to occur, the line must be within town limits.
