§ 11.01  ADOPTION OF FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   (A)   In accordance with the requirements of § 6 of Act 283 (Home Rule), the Town Council adopted the Council form of government on January 15, 1976.

   (B)   The governing body of Town Council shall consist of a Mayor and 4 Council members elected at-large and serving 4 years staggered terms.
