§ 114.27 OATH; BOND.

Before entering upon the duties of his/her office, the City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator shall take the oath prescribed by Section 228 of the Kentucky Constitution and shall execute a bond with good corporate surety in the penal sum of not less than $1,000, the cost of which bond shall be borne by the city.
