§ 114.25 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby created the Office of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator pursuant to KRS 241.160. The City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the Council and is removable at the pleasure of the Mayor.
