§ 114.05 EXTENDED HOURS LICENSE.

(A) The City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator may issue an extended hours license to any person, firm or corporation holding a license to sell distilled spirits and wine at retail upon payment in advance to the city of an annual license fee of $250.

(B) The City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator may issue an extended hours license to any person, firm or corporation holding a license to sell malt beverages at retail upon the payment in advance to the city of the sum of $50.
