§ 97.02 CREATION OF FORESTATION BOARD.
   There is hereby created and established a Forestation Board for the City of Prospect, Kentucky, which shall consist of five members, citizens, and residents of the city, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. The Forestation Board shall exist as a distinct administrative board with independent authority.
