(A) No person over the age of 11 shall operate a bicycle on the sidewalks of the city except on a multi-use path marked with signage for such purpose.
(B) No person shall operate a bicycle on any section of public property, including city parks, except on a roadway, parking area or multi-use path marked with signage for such purpose.
