(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a violation and fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense. In addition, any person found in the act of removing recyclable material in violation of § 51.01 shall be subject to confiscation of all recyclable materials in the possession of that person. (B) Any person who violates any provisions of § 51.03 shall be fined $25. This division (B) is subject to enforcement by the Code Enforcement Board. A violation of § 51.03 shall be considered a civil offense in accordance with KRS 65.8808. (Ord. 355- 1998, passed 5-18-98)
