Each case before the Code Enforcement Board shall be presented by the City Code Enforcement Officer, a member of the city administrative staff, or an attorney selected by the Mayor. The City Attorney may either be counsel to the Code Enforcement Board or may present the city’s cases before the Code Enforcement Board, but in no case serve in both capacities.
