9-8-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The most current Illinois plumbing code (“plumbing code”) is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section, subject to modifications set forth herein, and shall be applicable to the city. Three (3) copies of the most current Illinois plumbing code are on file in the office of the city clerk for public use and inspection.
