9-7-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The NFPA 70 National Electric Code 2023, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section, subject to modifications set forth herein, and shall be applicable to the city. Three (3) copies of the national electric code are on file in the office of the city clerk for public use and inspection.
