9-5-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The international fire code, 2015 edition (“fire code”), is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section, subject to modifications set forth in section 9-5-2 of this chapter, and shall be applicable to the city. Three (3) copies of the international fire code are on file in the office of the city clerk for public use and inspection.
