A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day such a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. The penalty specified in this section shall be in addition to liability for any expenses incurred in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
