4-1-6: NOTICE TO OFFICIALS OF NUISANCE CONDITIONS:
Whenever any nuisance shall be reported to or investigated and determined by the police, fire or health officers or inspectors or the zoning administrator, notice shall be given to the owner or person in control of the property or premises involved, and to the appropriate city officials whose functions include the abatement of such nuisances.
