Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter, in addition to the revocation or suspension of license held hereunder, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
