3-1-26: GAMBLING DEVICES PROHIBITED:

No gambling device of any kind shall be kept or used for the purpose of gambling in any establishment or premises licensed under this chapter; provided, however, this prohibition shall not apply to establishments with video gaming terminals licensed under the Illinois video gaming act (230 ILCS 40/1 et seq.).
