3-1-25: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
Any license issued under this article may be suspended or revoked by the mayor, as well as be subject to a fine of not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) imposed by the mayor for any one or more of the following reasons:
   A.   Engaging in, or permitting, any violation of the liquor laws of the state of Illinois or any of the provisions of this chapter, or any violation of any state or municipal tax law or ordinance, including the failure to pay all or part of any such tax.
   B.   The willful making of any false statement as to a material fact in the application for a license.
   C.   Permitting any illegal, disorderly or immoral practices upon licensed premises.
   D.   Delinquency of thirty (30) days or more in the payment of any amount due the city of Princeton; however, such delinquency shall not subject the licensee to the fine as hereinabove provided.
