3-1-19: SALES TO CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED; CONDUCT ON PREMISES:
   A.   Sales To Certain Persons Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for the holder of a license issued pursuant to this chapter to sell, deliver or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1.

   B.   Conduct On Premises: Any licensee or other person in charge of the premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic liquor shall immediately notify the Princeton police department of any disturbance, fight, or other disorderly or tumultuous conduct, or of any other act or omission occurring on the licensed premises which violates this chapter or any other provision of this code or state law. For purposes of this section, the licensed premise includes the parking lot and other exterior areas of the premises. Any person engaging in conduct required to be reported under this section shall be deemed guilty of violating this chapter.
