A. Minors:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to sell alcoholic liquor or beer in packages for removal from the premises or for consumption on the premises of any licensed premises which derives its principal business from the sale of service or commodities other than alcoholic liquor.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to employ any person under the age of twenty one (21) years for the sale of beer or alcoholic liquor in a licensed premises where the principal business is the sale of beer or alcoholic liquor.
