3-1-17: DAYS AND HOURS OF SALES; PRESENCE ON PREMISES AFTER HOURS:
   A.   Licensees may sell alcoholic liquors on any day of the week as follows: Monday through Friday inclusive, except between the hours of one o’clock (1:00) a.m. and seven o’clock (7:00) a.m.; on Saturday, except between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) a.m. and seven o’clock (7:00) a.m.; and on Sunday, except between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) a.m. and eleven o’clock (11:00) a.m. Restaurants that have a liquor license and fifty percent (50%) or more of their gross receipts come from food sales may sell alcoholic liquors on any day of the week as follows: Monday through Friday inclusive, except between the hours of one o’clock (1:00) a.m. and seven o’clock (7:00) a.m.; on Saturday and Sunday, except between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) a.m. and seven o’clock (7:00) a.m.
   B.   The premises of all licensees shall be closed and vacated within thirty (30) minutes after the prohibited time for the sale of alcoholic liquors.
   C.   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep open for business, except as provided in this section, or to admit the public to any place in which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours which the sale of such liquor is prohibited; except that restaurants, clubs, and hotels may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold or consumed by the public during such hours.
