A. Amendments to any of the provisions of this city code may be made by amending such provisions by specific reference to the section number of this code in substantially the following language: “That section of the city code of the city of Princeton is hereby amended to read as follows.”. The new provisions shall then be set out in full as desired.
B. If a new section not heretofore existing in this city code is to be added, the following language may be used: “That the city code of the city of Princeton is hereby amended by adding a section, to be numbered , which section reads as follows.”. The new section shall then be set out in full as desired.

C. All such amendments or revisions by ordinance shall be immediately forwarded to the codifier, and the said ordinance material shall be prepared for insertion in its proper place in each copy of this city code. Each such replacement page shall be properly identified and shall be inserted in each individual copy of the city code.
