3-1-2: SCOPE:
This chapter shall apply to all areas of the city, including areas annexed after the last referendum conducted in the city to determine whether or not alcoholic liquor shall be sold within the then existing corporate limits. However, no license to sell alcoholic liquor shall be issued in the city in contravention of the results of such referendum.
