§ 93.02 PARK ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE POLICY.

The park in the town shall be free of alcohol and drugs not prescribed by a physician. No person in the park shall possess or use alcohol or drugs not prescribed by a physician. The Marshal, or his or her deputy or designee, shall confiscate any alcohol or drugs not prescribed by a physician.
