§ 51.07 DISCONNECT; RECONNECT CHARGE.
   (A)   A charge shall be assessed to all customers who request reconnection of water service afer the service has been disconnected for cause. This charge and any other balances due the water utility shall be paid before water service is reconnected.
   (B)   Reconnect charge: $25.
