§ 50.43 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   No statement contained in this subchapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the Sewage Works and any user whereby a waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the Sewage Works for treatment.
   (B)   Any wastes described in § 50.36(A) and (B) of this chapter are precluded from such agreements.
