(A) Payments to the town may be made and the town's Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to accept payments made by credit card, bank card, or electronic funds transfer, in addition to payments made by cash, check, money order, or bank draft;
(B) The town, through the office of the town's Clerk-Treasurer, shall charge and collect fees from the payee equal to the amount charged to the town on payments made by credit card, bank card, or electronic fund transfer.
