§ 50.15 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CONNECTION.
   (A)   No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections or disturb any public sewer or appurtenances thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Superintendent. Permission shall be subject to the existence of sufficient hydraulic and/or treatment capacities of the sewerage and/or waste water treatment facilities as determined by the Sewage Works.
   (B)   There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: (1) for residential and commercial service, and (2) for service to establishments producing industrial wastes. In either case, the owner(s) or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the sewage works. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in judgment of the Superintendent. A permit and inspection fee of $50 for residential or commercial building sewer permit shall be paid to the sewage works at the time the application is filed. If more than one inspection visit is required for the same residential or commercial building sewer permit, the owner shall pay $25 for each additional inspection visit. The owner applying for an industrial building sewer permit shall pay a permit and inspection fee equal to the actual cost of reviewing the wastewater related construction plans and inspecting the wastewater facilities during construction. The owner shall submit, at the time the application is filed, a permit and inspection fee deposit of $500 for an industrial building sewer permit.
