(A) There is hereby created a Water Department Improvement Fund for the future building of a water tower to service the town Water Department.
(B) The Town Council has agreed to put aside $30,000 initially and $5,000 each month in the Water Improvement Fund to ensure that the money will be available when the tower is to be built.
(C) This section shall be in effect unless at any time the Water Department checking account falls to or below $100,000. At that time the Clerk-Treasurer will cease to deposit any more money into these funds until the account is sufficient to continue these amounts.
