(A) Culverts shall be constructed and installed wherever necessary, to provide adequate drainage, in accordance with the satisfactory construction plans and specifications therefore submitted by the applicant.
(B) The location and size of driveway culverts shall be determined at the time of the improvement location permit application. However, the minimum size of such culverts shall be no less than that specified by the satisfactory construction plans and specifications therefore submitted by the applicant.
