§ 32.04 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is hereby created an Economic Development and Tourism Account to be utilized for the purpose of promoting the best interests of the town.
   (B)   The funds in the account may be utilized to pay the expenses of or to reimburse town officials and employees for expenses incurred in promoting the best interests of the town.
   (C)   Expenses to be paid out of the account may include, but are not necessarily limited to, rental of meeting places, meals, decorations, memorabilia, awards, expense incurred in interviewing job applicants, expense incurred in promoting industrial, commercial and residential development, expense incurred in developing relations with other units of government and any other expense of a town or governmental nature deemed to be in the best interest of the town by the Town Council.
