The subdivider shall provide street signs to meet the following standards:
(A) At least one street sign shall be installed at each street intersection within or on the perimeter of the proposed plat, to be located on the N.E. corner thereof, whenever possible, and on the parkstrip, as hereinafter referred to in this chapter, between the street and sidewalk at a point approximately six inches from the sidewalk.
(B) Street signs shall be of aluminum, six inches by 24 inches, shall be double faced with letters of scotchlite or the equivalent, four inches in height, and shall be mounted upon a galvanized pipe post, ten feet in length and two inches inside diameter and approximately 2½ inches outside diameter, set in concrete to a depth of 2½ feet. All street signs shall have a minimum height above finished grade of 7½ feet.
