§ 32.03 OPERATION OF VENDING MACHINE OUTSIDE TOWN HALL.
   (A)   The Walking Trail Committee is hereby authorized to arrange for and oversee the operation of a vending machine to be located outside the Town Hall for use by the public.
   (B)   All revenues generated and costs incurred in operating the vending machine shall be receipted in and disbursed out of the Community Development - Walking Trail Donation Fund.
   (C)   All revenues generated and costs incurred in operating the vending machine shall be accounted for through the Clerk-Treasurer's office, and the operation of the vending machine shall comply with the requirements of the State Board of Accounts.
   (D)   The original stocking of the machine shall be paid for out of the Community Development Walking Trail Donation Fund.
   (E)   Whenever the vending machine is open for restocking, inventory, collection of revenue, or for any other reason, there shall be present at all times at least one person from the Clerk-Treasurer's office and at least one person from the Walking Trail Committee. Such persons shall document in detail the vending machine activity being performed and shall sign off on such documentation.
   (F)   All funds collected from the vending machine shall be immediately counted in the presence of at least one person from the Clerk-Treasurer's office and at least one person from the Walking Trail Committee, and immediately prepared for deposit and deposited in accordance with the daily deposit laws of the State of Indiana. Such persons collecting and counting the vending machine funds shall sign off on the collection count.
   (G)   The key to the vending machine shall be stored in the Clerk-Treasurer's office and a log shall be kept of all persons using the key. Such log shall contain the date, time, purpose, printed name, and signature of all persons using the key.
