(A) The Town Marshal is hereby given authority to appoint deputy marshals for the town.
(B) The deputy marshals shall be subject to the orders of the Marshal, who may discharge them at any time.
(C) The amount of bond, compensation and term of service of the deputies shall be regulated by the Town Council, subject to the power of the Marshal as set out in division (B) hereof to discharge the deputy marshals at any time.
