§ 152.064 STORAGE AND PARKING OF TRAILERS, BOATS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   Storage and parking regulations. Commercial vehicles, boats, and trailers of all types, including travel, camping, hauling, boat, and mobile homes, shall not be parked or stored on any lot occupied by a residential dwelling or on any lot in any residential district except in accordance with the following provisions.
   (B)   Commercial vehicles. Not more than one commercial vehicle (excluding automobiles) which does not exceed the gross vehicular weight of 10,000 pounds, per family living on the premises, shall be permitted; but in no case shall a commercial vehicle used for hauling explosives, gasoline, chemicals, or liquefied petroleum products be permitted in a residential area.
   (C)   Boats, campers, travels trailers, and r.v.'s. Temporary storage of boats, campers, travel trailers and R.V.'s shall be permitted.
   (D)   Utility and hauling trailers. Not more than one utility or hauling trailer, per family living on the premises, shall be permitted, provided that the trailer shall not exceed 12 feet in length or eight feet six inches in width further provided that the trailer shall not be parked or stored more than 48 hours unless it is located behind the front yard building line.
