§ 30.20 MINUTES.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall prepare and maintain minutes of Council meetings. The minutes shall include the vote of each member on each question presented to the Council.
   (B)   The minutes of the Council meetings and all records shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and are public records as defined by law.
   (C)   The minutes shall be presented to the Council for approval at the next regular meeting. When approved, the minutes shall be signed by all members of the Council and attested by the Clerk-Treasurer.
