§ 152.002 PURPOSE.
   This chapter establishes a zoning ordinance for the town and provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment thereof in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-4 et seq. and for the repeal of all ordinances in conflict herewith.
