§ 30.17 MEETINGS.
   (A)   All regular and administrative council meetings shall be conducted in accordance with I.C. 5-14-1.5, the Indiana Open Door Law, and any amendments thereto.
   (B)   Executive council meetings shall be closed to the public in accordance with statute.
   (C)   Regular and executive meetings shall require 48 hours notice be provided unless to deal with a bona fide emergency.
   (D)   The regular meetings of the Council shall be the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The location of the meetings shall be the Prince's Lakes Town Hall. The President of the Council shall be responsible for the preparation and distribution of a written agenda for each Council meeting, which shall be distributed to the members of the Council at least 48 hours prior to the meeting; if a meeting is called to deal with an emergency under the Open Door Law (I.C. 5-14-1.5-5), a written agenda shall not be required.
   (E)   The order of business at regular Town Council meetings shall be:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Pledge of Allegiance;
      (3)   Guest speakers (if any);
      (4)   Approval of minutes of previous meeting;
      (5)   Public forum;
      (6)   Department reports (police, street, water, and sewage);
      (7)   Other reports (plan commission, park board, public relations);
      (8)   Clerk's report;
      (9)   Attorney's report;
      (10)   Old business;
      (11)   New business;
      (12)   Adjournment.
   (F)   No one who is not a member of the Council shall be permitted to address the Council except by request and consent of the President.
