§ 95.03 FIRE HAZARD PROHIBITED.

A person shall not construct, erect, install, maintain or use any incinerator, barbecue pit or outdoor fireplace, or burn any combustible material so as to constitute or occasion a fire hazard by the use of burning thereof.
