For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING MATERIALS.
All material used in new construction or removed from existing structures, which may be new or used, including without limitation boards, lumber, flooring, siding, roofing, shingles, paper, packaging, wall board, insulation, pipes, wires, fixtures, asphalt, plastic, fiberglass, and mortar.
HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE
or
HOUSEHOLD WASTE.
Food products or byproducts or materials containing fecal matter or other human or animal body waste.
HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE
or
HOUSEHOLD WASTE
shall not mean paper products, unless the paper product contains fecal matter or other human or animal body waste.
INCINERATOR.
A structure, or portion thereof, container, device or other appliance designed, used or intended to be used for the disposal of combustible material by burning. Every
INCINERATOR
shall be equipped and maintained with a spark arrester constructed of iron, heavy wire, mesh or other non-combustible material, with openings not larger than one-half inch.
OPEN BURNING
and
OPEN FIRE.
Any burning or fire which is not confined to an incinerator, barbecue grill, barbecue pit, or outdoor fireplace.
