A person or business who submits an application to build a new structure in the town shall submit a plat or site plan as is normally required to obtain a building permit. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the Plan Commission shall issue an official address that shall be forwarded to postal officials, the Johnson County Auditor, and local authorities, no other address shall be used for identification of the structure on that property.
