The responsibility for the issuance of street addresses shall be assigned to the Plan Commission. The Plan Commission shall issue and keep a permanent record of all issued property addresses within its jurisdiction and shall share such addresses with local postal authorities and E-911 personnel. Determination of town or road or highway names or changes in such names shall be the responsibility of the Plan Commission.
