§ 94.15 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR EXCAVATION.

It shall be unlawful for any firm, person or corporation to excavate for any water, gas or sewer piping or for any other purpose in any public highway, alley or driveway in the town, without first obtaining from the Building Inspector of the town a permit to do so and/or filing a bond as hereinafter provided.
