4-2-6: COMPLAINTS:
Any person may file a complaint on any condition addressed by any provisions of this chapter by filing a written complaint with the city clerk. The city clerk shall forward all such complaints to the staff members assigned responsibility for enforcement of this chapter by the city. (Ord. 482, 6-5-2006)
