4-2-5: INSPECTION OF PREMISES:

City staff may determine by inspection of any property within the city whether a nuisance exists and is in violation of the provisions of this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with any authorized staff member or agent making an inspection permitted under this section. (Ord. 482, 6-5-2006)
