Upon conviction of violations of this chapter or any part hereof, the violator may be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. In addition thereto, the court shall have power to issue an injunction against further or continued violation of the terms or intent of this chapter. (Ord. 482, 6-5-2006)
