3-3-10: REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION:

The city council shall have the power to revoke any registration granted in accordance with this chapter for any violation of this chapter or the commission of any criminal act by the registered company or person. (Ord. 550, 9-4-2012, eff. 10-1-2012)
