An applicant aggrieved by the denial by the city to issue a registration under this chapter shall have the right of appeal to the city council. Such appeal shall be filed with the city clerk within five (5) days from the date of the denial and must be in writing, setting forth the reasons such registration should not have been denied. The city council shall hear the appeal within fourteen (14) days after the filing thereof, and shall render its decision immediately following the hearing. The decision of the majority of the city council shall be final. Appeal of the city council's decision may be made in accordance with Idaho law. (Ord. 550, 9-4-2012, eff. 10-1-2012)
